Draw natural grass and set a photo within grass - Learn Psd

Step 1 : Take a new document 
Go File > New or press Ctrl+N a window will come


Set the measurement like below
Width: 800 px
Height: 600 px
Resolution: 72 px
Mode: RGB color
Contents: White
Then click OK.


Step 2 : Take a new layer 
Go to the layer palette click the create a new layer icon. You will see a new layer created named Layer 1 in the layer palette.


Step 3 : Ste Set foreground and background Color
Set the foreground color is light green.
color code is # 00ff33
Set the background color is deep green.
color code is # 006600


Step 4 :  Select the brush tools and draw grass
Select the Brush Tool(B) form the tools box in the left side.


Then Click to open the brush preset picker from option bar on the top.
Select Dune Grass and set the Master Diameter: 90px



Step 5 : Now Draw Grasses
Select Layer 1 and draw Left to Right.
Right to Left and slowly down.

In this ways complete full drawing like image below

Step 6 : Make a copy of Layer 1
Go Layer > Duplicate Layer a window will come click OK.
Then you see Layer 1 copy in the layer palette.



Step 7 : Set a photo within grass
In this project we use a girls photo. If you want you can use your own image or any other image.
Use Polygonal Lasso Tool (L) for select the girl perfectly. 

After complete selection Go Edit menu click copy and Past it into the grass.
If you think that you need to re-size the photo then press Ctrl+T and re-size it.


Move the girls photo layer i mean Layer 2 between Layer 1 copy and Layer 1. like below


Now select Layer 1 then select Move Tool (V) from the tools box and click on the grass and drag it up like below.

Step 8 : Make a Sky -Final steps
This is our last steps. In this steps we make some clouds or sky.
Select Background layer from the layer palette.
Set the foreground color is light sky. Color code is # 0099ff
Set the background color is white. Color code is # ffffff


Go Filter > Render > Clouds and you will see the our final image like below
