Step 1 : Create A New Document

At first you need to take a new document for Create a Simple Stylish Speaker - Graphic design education. Click File > new a window will come
Where you take
Width: 600 px
Height: 500 px
Resolution: 72 pixels/inch
Contents: white
Then you press OK

Now fill this new document with #b4b3b3 color.

Step 2 : Create A Circle by using Elliptical Marquee Tool

Now we create a new layer, so go Layer>New>Layer>ok. Select the Elliptical marquee tool from tool box and create a circle. Keep holding shift key, when create a circle shape for create this shape perfectly. And fill this shape with any color. Keep this shape center position in the document.If you need to re-size your shape. You can use Free Transform commend from Edit> Free Transform Or  press keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+T) and re-size your shape as your wise. Then Press Enter. Now go to Layer>Layer style>Gradient Overlay for apply gradient overlay effect on this layer. Now we have set some gradient overlay options.

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 100% and click on the Gradient color editor. When the Gradient Editor is open, Click on the Left side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #fcf6f6 color. Then press Ok.

And Click on the Right side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #999999 color and press Ok.

Step 3 : Create Duplicate layer and Some Decrease it.

At first click on the Layer 1 Layer, Click right mouse button and select Duplicate Layer for create a copy Layer 1 layer. Select Layer 1 copy and some decrease this layer. So go to Edit> Free Transform Or  press keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+T) and decrease your shape. When you decrease your shape, keep holding Shift+Alt. Then Press Enter. 

Step 4 : Now Apply Layer Style on the Layer 1 copy

This step we add layer style inner shadow, Color Overlay, Gradient Overlay, Stroke on the layer 1 copy. Go to Layer>Layer style>Blending Options for apply layer style effect on this layer 1 copy. Now select Inner shadow and set some inner shadow options.

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 23

Angle: 90 and others options is right.

After set Inner shadow, we are setting color overlay. So click color overlay and set some color overlay options.

Blend mode: Normal and color- #414b4a

Opacity: 100

After set color overlay, we are setting Gradient Overlay. So click Gradient Overlay and set some Gradient Overlay options.

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 100

Gradient:  Click on the Gradient color editor. When the Gradient Editor is open, Click on the Left side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #fcf6f6 color. Then press Ok. And And Click on the Right side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #999999 color and press Ok.

Angle: 90 and others options is right.

After set Gradient Overlay, we are setting stroke. So click stroke and set some stroke options.

Size: 2

Position: inside

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 100

Fill type: color

and color- #343f41 and press ok.

Step 5 : Create Another Duplicate layer and Some Decrease it.

At first click on the Layer 1 cppy Layer, Click right mouse button and select Duplicate Layer for create a copy Layer 1 copy 2 layer. Select Layer 1 copy 2 and some decrease this layer. So go to Edit> Free Transform Or  press keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+T) and decrease your shape. When you decrease your shape, keep holding Shift+Alt. Then Press Enter. 

Step 6 : Now Apply Layer Style on the Layer 1 copy 2

This step we add layer style inner shadow,  Gradient Overlay on the layer 1 copy 2. Go to Layer>Layer style>Inner shadow for apply layer style effect on this layer 1 copy 2 and set some inner shadow options.

Blend mode: Lighten

Opacity: 35

Angle: 90 

Distance: 2

Size: 1 and others options is right.

After set Inner shadow, we are setting Gradient overlay. So click Gradient overlay and set some Gradient overlay options.

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 100

Gradient:  Click on the Gradient color editor. When the Gradient Editor is open, Click on the Left side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #fcf6f6 color. Then press Ok. And And Click on the Right side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #999999 color and press Ok.

Angle: 90 and others options is right.  Remove mark from the color overlay and stroke. Now Press ok.

Step 7 : Create Another Duplicate layer and Some Decrease it.

At first click on the Layer 1 cppy 2 Layer, Click right mouse button and select Duplicate Layer for create a copy Layer 1 copy 3 layer. Select Layer 1 copy 3 and some decrease this layer. So go to Edit> Free Transform Or  press keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+T) and decrease your shape. When you decrease your shape, keep holding Shift+Alt. Then Press Enter. 

Step 8 : Now Apply Layer Style on the Layer 1 copy 3

This step we add layer style inner shadow, Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay on the layer 1 copy 3. Go to Layer>Layer style>Inner shadow for apply layer style effect on this layer 1 copy 3 and set some inner shadow options.

Blend mode: Lighten

Opacity: 75

Angle: 90 

Distance: 6

Size: 9 and others options is right.

After set Inner shadow, we are setting Outer Glow. So click Outer Glow and set some Outer Glow options.

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 60

Color: Black and others options is right.

After set Outer Glow, we are setting Inner Glow. So click Inner Glow and set some Inner Glow options.

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 75

Color: Black and others options is right.

After set Inner Glow, we are setting Gradient overlay. So click Gradient overlay and set some Gradient overlay options.

Blend mode: Normal

Opacity: 100

Gradient:  Click on the Gradient color editor. When the Gradient Editor is open, Click on the Left side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #5b6660 color. Then press Ok. And And Click on the Right side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #999999 color and press Ok.

Angle: 90 and others options is right. Press ok.
