How to Create a Brilliant Lighting Background Effect - Graphic design education

Step 1 : Create A New Document

At first you need to take a new document for Create a Brilliant Lighting Background Effect - Graphic design education. Click File > new a window will come
Where you take
Width: 800 px
Height: 600 px
Resolution: 72 pixels/inch
Contents: white
Then you press OK

Step 2 : The New Document Fill With Black color 

Click set foreground color icon on the tools box.

Set the color Black or Color code is: #000000 then click OK.


Then click paint bucket tool and click into this document.
Now the document color is Black.

Step 3 : Take a new layer and apply lighting effect from 
Filter menu

At first create a new layer from Layer>New>Layer>Ok and fill this layer with white color. Now we apply lighting effects from the Filter menu for create our background effect. So go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effects and set some values for create background perfectly.Click on the top color editor panel. When the color Editor is open select #9c4567 color. Then press Ok. After set top color set the bottom color. so click on the botttom color editor panel. When the color Editor is open select #43343b color. Then press Ok. 

Step 4: Create a Circle and Fill the Circle Gradient Overlay Color
Create a new layer and draw a circle on the new layer. Then Go to Select>Modify>Feather and set Feather Radius 20 pixel.Now Go to Layer>New>Layer>Ok and Fill this layer with any color and press Ctrl+D (Keyboard shortcut) for remove selection around this circle. Now go to Layer>Layer style>Gradient Overlay and click on the Gradient color editor. When the Gradient Editor is open, Click on the Left side color marker and set it as like image position. Then Click Color picker and select #ffffff color. Then press Ok.

Now add a color marker in the middle point by clicking on the gradient editor panel. And Click on the middle side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #ed7afb color and press Ok.

Set the right side color so Click on the Right side color marker. Then Click Color picker and select #b4293c color and press Ok.

Now you can see your Brilliant Lighting Background Effect working progress as like this image.

Step 5: Create duplicate layer and Turn off original Layer.
At first click on the layer 2 Layer, Mouse right click and select Duplicate Layer>press ok. Then you Turn off this original Layer or Layer 2.

Step 6: Resize this circle 

Now re-size your circle. You can use Free Transform commend from Edit> Free Transform Or  press keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+T) and re-size your text as your wise.
Then Press Enter.

Step 7: Apply wave from Filter menu

Now we give wave effect by using Filter > Distort > Wave. Now set some wave option. 

Number of Generators: 3
Type: Sine
wavelength: 155, 318
Amplitude: 38, 234
Scal 18, 100
Undefined Areas: Repeat Edge Pixels

Step 8: Apply Twirl effect from Filter menu
If you want apply this twirl effect, Go to Filter > Distort > Twirl and Set Angle:718, Press ok.
Now you can see your Brilliant Lighting Background Effect working progress as like this image.

Step 9: Copy layer 2 copy and Rotate it.

At first click on the layer 2 copy Layer, Mouse right click and select Duplicate Layer>press ok. After create duplicate layer, you transform it. So You can use Free Transform commend from Edit> Free Transform Or  press keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+T) rotate your layer as like below image. Then Press Enter.
