Create A Photo Within A Photo - Photoshop Cs Tutorials

If you have your minimum knowledge about Adobe Photoshop, you can complete this Photoshop Tutorials within 15 minutes only. In this Photoshop Tutorial you will learn how to create a photo within a photo and also learn create clipping mask, motion blur etc. Ok! lets start our tuts and have some fun and learn.

Create A Photo Within A Photo - Photoshop Cs Tutorials | Learn Psd

Step 1 : Open an image
to complete this tuts we need a image. Here we use a image blow. You can use this image or as your wish.

Step 2 : Duplicate the Background Layer

Go Layer menu then click Duplicate Layer...

A window will come named "Duplicate Layer"

Click Ok

Then you will see a Background Copy layer in the layer palette. Just like image below 

Step 3 : Create a new layer below the "Background copy" layer

To create a new layer below "Background copy" layer.

First time you have to select the "Background" layer.

Just click the "Background" layer from the layer palette.

Then click Create a new layer icon in the Layer palette and you will see a new Layer 1 created just below the Background copy layer. as like photo below.

Step 4 : Draw a Rectangle shape into the main photo

In this step we will create the small photo within the main photo.

First time click the Rectangle Tool (U)

 in the Tools box.

Then click shape layer icon

 in the option bar just below the menu bar.

Now try to draw a rectangle shape just like below.

After drawing the rectangle shape you will see Layer 1 convert into Shape 1 in the Layer palette.

Step 5 : Apply Clipping Mask command

First select the "Background copy" layer from the layer palette.

Now Go Layer menu and click Create Clipping Mask 

Then you will see some change "Background copy" in the layer palette just like below

Step 6 : Add Shadow

Select the Shape 1 Layer from the layer palette

Then Go Layer > Layer Style > Drop Shadow...

a window will come. set the values like below

Blend Mode : Multiply

Opacity : 70%

Angle : 120

Distance : 10 px

Spread : 0 %

Size : 10 px

Then click OK.

After complete this task you will see the main image like below

Step 7 : Add Stroke

Select the Shape 1 Layer from the layer palette.

Then Go Layer > Layer Style > Stroke

a window will set the values like below

Size : 13 px

Position : Inside

Color : White 

Then Click OK and you will see the image below

Step 8 :  Rotate it

Select the Shape 1 Layer from the layer palette.

Now Go Edit > Transform > Rotate

rotate the small photo Slightly and press Enter.

Step 9 : Add Blur Filter - Final Step

Now Select the Background Layer from the layer palette.

Then go Filter > Blur > Radial Blur a window will come and set some values

Amount : 15

Blur Method : Zoom

Quality : Best

Then Click OK and finally you will get your final photo like below.
