Step 1: Create a New Photoshop Document 
If you want to Create a Simple Web Banner for Your Company in Photoshop, you need a Photoshop New Document. So at first open your Photoshop window and Go File>New and set the page values as your wish. If you want you can follow our page values.

Width: 960 px
Height: 200 px
Resolution: 72 pixels/inch
Contents: white
After set all the values click OK.

Step 2: Create a Selection and fill with black color on the new layer
Now create a new layer from Layer>New>Layer>Ok, Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and draw a Rectangle selection. Then fill this selection with #000000 color.

Now add Gradient Overlay style on the layer 1. So go to Layer>Layer Style>Gradient Overlay set the page values as your wish. If you want you can follow our page values.
Blend Mode: Normal
Opacity: 50%
Style: Linear
Angle: 90
Scale: 100%
After set all the values click OK. 

Step 3: Create another Selection under the layer 1
Now create a new layer from Layer>New>Layer>Ok, Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and draw a Rectangle selection. Then fill this selection with #999999 color.

Step 4: Create another Selection under the layer 2
Now create a new layer from Layer>New>Layer>Ok, Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and draw a Rectangle selection. Then fill this selection with #00cc33 color. Now add Gradient Overlay style on the layer 2. So go to Layer>Layer Style>Gradient Overlay And click Gradient Editor for create new gradient.

Click Left side color icon and Set the color code is 339933 then click OK.
Click Right side color icon and Set the color code is 003300 then click OK>Ok>Ok.

Now I will add a company logo as like your company. So Create rectangle using  the rounded rectangle tool with a radius of 6px and a color of #54c400. Now you created a shape so you will do rastarize it. Right click on the shape and click Rasterize layer. Now add stroke From Edit>Stroke set the page values as your wish. If you want you can follow our page values.

Width : 2 px
Color : ffffff
Location : Center
After set all the values click OK. 

Step 5: Add a shape in the Rounded Rectangular 
Now we will add a shape from Custom shape tool bar. Go Custom shape tool panel  

Go to option bar, click shape arrow tool and select shamrock shape. Then Draw it in the Rounded Rectangular with white color.

Now your banner is like below...

Step 5: Now Add Company Name

In this steps we add our Company Name. Here we use "Learn Psd Ltd", if you want you can use your Company  name or other text what you want.

Select the type tool from the tools box 

Select Arial font, Bold, 60pt font size and White Color from option bar.

Now type  your company name "Learn Psd Ltd"

Step 5: Re-size your Company Name 

This steps we expand or re-size our text "PSD"

Select the text layer (LEARN PSD) from the layer palette then go Edit menu and click Free Transform or keyboard command is Ctrl + T and re-size the text or expand the text "PSD" as your wish.

After complete re-size press Enter.
