Step 1: Save an image and open this image
If you want learn How to create a Awesome Photo Effect in Photoshop - Learn PSD Tutorials  in Photoshop, you need a Photoshop image. So at first save this image and open this image in your Photoshop window. So Go File>Open and open your image.

Step 2: Create Selection around the man picture 
Now we create selection around the man picture. If you have basic concept about the Lasso Tool, Quick Selection Tool, Pen Tool etc, you can finishing this work very easily .But if you have not basic concept about the Lasso Tool, Quick Selection Tool, Pen Tool etc, that is not big problem.So you start create selection around the man picture carefully.I will use the Quick Selection Tool, select the Quick Selection Tool from the Tools panel. Then i will click on the man image and drag mouse pointer is very slowly around the whole man image. When you finish your work your image is like below.

  

Step 3: Make two copy your man picture
Now create two copy layer. Go Layer>New>Layer via copy. You can see already create layer 1 for man picture. Again you Go Layer>New>Layer via copy. You can see already create layer 2 for man picture. When you finish your work your image is like below.

Step 4: Drag the Layer 1 up to dawn
Click on the Layer 1 for select it and select move tool. Now you can move your layer 1 picture by drag   your mouse. If you want drag it very carefully you can use dawn arrow from your keyboard. You drag your layer 1 and set it as like below image.

Step 5: Change the Layer 1 Blend Mode
Go up to the blend mode option in the top left corner on the Layer Panel and change Normal to Soft Light. You can follow this image.

Step 6: Copy the Layer 1
Click on the Layer 1 for select it and Go to Layer>New>Layer via copy. You can see already create layer 1 copy 2.  Now you can move your layer 1 copy 2 picture by drag  your mouse. If you want drag it very carefully you can use dawn arrow from your keyboard. You drag your layer 1 copy 2 and set it as like below image.

Step 7: Copy the Layer 1
Click on the Layer 1 for select it and Go to Layer>New>Layer via copy. You can see already create layer 1 copy 3.  Now you can move your layer 1 copy 3 picture by drag  your mouse. If you want drag it very carefully you can use dawn arrow from your keyboard. You drag your layer 1 copy 3 and set it as like below image.
