When we talk about any product or company, at first we think this company logo. The logo is the most important for a company. Because sometime customer or buyer appreciate this logo.  So i think we need our company logo and it should be beautiful and attractive. Today we learn create a simple logo for any company or organization.

How to create a simple logo for a company- Learn PSD Tutorial

Step 1 : Take a new canvas or page

At first we need a new page for create a simple logo. Go File>New set the page values as your wish. But you can follow our below image for set page values.

Width: 800 px
Height: 600 px
Resolution: 72 pixels/inch
Contents: white
After set all the values click OK.

Step 2 : Create a Round Corner Object

Select Rectangular marquee tool from the Toolbar to draw a simple Rectangular. Draw a Rectangular as your wise.Then click Select>Modify>Smooth. Give sample radius 15 pixels or as your need and click ok.

Now create a new layer and fill this rounded rectangular with the color 69738a or as your wish. Now you can see it like below image.

Step 3 : Copy this Layer

Now, copy the layer and create same layer. Click on the new object and slightly increase its height. Repeat the same procedure to create all four layers like below image.

Step 4 : Copy Layer and rotate it

Now, copy the layer and create same layer. Then press CTRL+T or click Edit>Free Transform and Transform it as your wish. Now give stroke around this layer so click Edit>Stroke>Then set width - 3 pixels and color white or 000000>Ok.

Select all layer and rotate it as like below image.............

Step 5 : Again Create a Round Rectangular

Select Rectangular marquee tool from the Toolbar to draw a simple Rectangular. Draw a Rectangular as your wise.Then click Select>Modify>Smooth. Give sample radius 10 pixels or as your need and click ok.

Now create a new layer and fill this rounded rectangular with the color e51c34 or as your wish. Now you can see it like below image.

Step 6 : Type your logo text

Now type your text, what is your company name i write PSD. And adjustment your text size.

Finally we can see a simple logo on the photoshop page.
